Hope everyone had an amazing long weekend!
We went home to Massachusetts. We had a great time, even though is was thunder storming the whole time! Always great to see the fam, and stuff my face with good food. :)
Now that I'm back, and it's the start of fall I am really hustling to get the new line out! Time to get to work!
Sophia doesn't want me to go back to work either:
Friday - on amtrak with a lot of nuts :) Emerson fry shoes; A.P.C. Jeans.
family cook out with my stylish sister and cousin.
Monday- on Metro North my Emerson Fry shoes matched the floor perfectly.
Obsessed with my new It's Okay My Dear 'prowl shorts'. So good! Black and white embroidered top by J.Crew. (Also dying for this top)
Back to work also means back to the gym..
These nikes are even more comfortable than I expected, the cushioning is amazing! I actually hate running, but I love to take power walks; go to step classes; and Pilates classes.
Also back to a healthful diet. This was a good one, oatmeal with cinnamon with sliced figs. The flavor combination is divine!
I have more totes to bleach this week, which I am dreading. If I didn't love the effects of bleach so much, theres no way I would be doing this.. oh, what I do for my customers. :)
I'm really happy with how this batch came out, can't wait to show you all!
(below is a close up of the new hand-dyed bleached totes)
New season means new packaging. Here are some thank you cards, with a thank you and a reminder on the back to tag your photos with #giftshopbrooklyn or @giftshopbrooklyn. I love seeing all your pics!!
Going forward I am also attaching itty bitty lavender sachets to your order, to make it even more special. You can hang it in your closet, put it in your lingerie drawer, or under your pillow for a fresh burst of lavender.
Ok, like I said I am working very diligently to get everything done for fall asap. We are doing the look book photo shoot this Friday with my sister modeling, and my friend and amazing photographer Justyna, I am so excited! Will definitely keep you posted on the progress!
